ADMISSIONS PREFERENCE - Preference will be given to households who have a Housing Choice Voucher (tenant-based section 8), Shelter Plus Care Voucher, or other similar subsidy. All applicants will be processed in waiting list order with the admissions preference applied.

Applications will be available online and at the leasing office when the waiting list for 1- and 2- bedroom units at Hillegass Avenue Apartments opens September 7, 2018. Applications must be received by September 14, 2018. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. Only the top 50 applications pulled from the lottery will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
