"Earned Your Stripes" Community Conference: Oakland, CA January 2019

Reina Robinson's special project created to fulfill the requirement of the Master of Communication program at California State University East Bay.

This project will create an interactive and content rich conference that supports young adults affected by mass incarceration and community violence in their efforts to visualize their future by using culturally relevant speakers and workshop facilitators.

The "Earn Your Stripes" workbook will guide students in seeing and planning for their future in education and employment.

Your donation will support a paid internships, clothing, food and transpiration for participants.

The conference will be held at the Cal State East Bay Oakland Center January 2019. All donors will receive invitations to the conference
