The Gladiator program is a FREE 3 week hands on training. The training will focus on developing skills to enter into the Reinforcing Inronwork industry. Those who complete the 3 week course will have an excellent opportunity to begin a career as an Ironworker apprentice. At the end of the 3 week training all the students who complete the training are brought into the apprenticeship (as a first period apprentice and will not need to get a sponsor).

First period apprentices pay is $22.50 per hour plus benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a drug test
• High School diploma, GED or HiSET
• Lifting & carrying a min of 70 pounds

Acceptance is based on meeting criteria, a resume and results o f a math test.
