Comcast & AT&T (I don't know much about Mobile Citizen) are said to be phasing out its Internet Essentials (click here) & Access (click here) programs by the end of next month! The program offers low-income families its internet service for as low as $5/month.

The requirements listed below are reasonable:

AT&T

• CalFresh/SNAP recipient

or

• SSI recipient

Comcast

• A child in the home receives free or reduced lunch at school

Once you register for low cost internet go pick up your FREE computer from Tech Exchange in Oakland. Bring proof your household receives one of the following benefits to receive a free desktop computer or discounted laptop.

• Student receiving free or reduced lunch
• CalFresh Recipient
• SSI Recipient
• HUD Subsidized Housing Resident
