Submitting the Application: All applications must be mailed back and MUST be postmarked no later than Saturday, 6/3/2017. Only one application per household mailed in the envelope.  No duplicate applications, illegible, or incomplete applications will be placed on the list.

Placement order in the waiting list will be determined by lottery through a computerized lottery system within seven days after post marked deadline of Saturday,  6/3/2017.  We encourage all applicants to submit their application promptly to ensure that the envelope is postmarked within the waiting list opening dates and that the envelope is delivered to us by no later than Friday, 6/9/2017.  All eligible applications received during the waiting list opening dates will be accepted and will be placed on the list for an opportunity to be randomly selected.  ONLY 150 randomly selected applications will make up the waiting list.  All others will be denied and will not be placed on the list.  

MAXIMUM INCOME LIMITS AND OCCUPANCY STANDARDS: 

Studio: 1 Person $36,550    1 BR: 2 Persons $41,750

Rental Rates:  Based on 30% of tenant’s annual adjusted income.
Security Deposit:Based on Total Tenant Payment
